These terms govern access to the Pryzem website, resume services, and authorized administrator features.
Acceptance
By accessing the Pryzem website or an authorized Pryzem account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Authorized access
Restricted areas may be used only through an account issued or approved by Pryzem. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify Pryzem if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share an administrator account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person, or use Pryzem to violate another person's rights.
Resume and career services
Resume services depend on the information supplied by the client and the requirements available in the selected job posting. Clients remain responsible for confirming the accuracy of their experience, qualifications, application materials, and employer information. Pryzem does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, or the continued availability of any position.
Third party services
Links to independent organizations do not constitute control of or responsibility for their services. Review the terms and privacy practices of each third party before providing information.
Availability and changes
Pryzem may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, policy enforcement, or legal compliance. Public descriptions of planned features are not guarantees of availability.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as available basis to the extent permitted by law. Pryzem does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific career outcomes, or the accuracy and availability of third party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
